Submit an application on a form prescribed and furnished by the Division;\n2. Pay all required fees established by the Division by regulation;\n3. Pass an examination approved or administered by the Division for licensure as a photovoltaic installer;\n4. If the person is a contractor, provide proof to the Division that the person has been issued a license of the appropriate classification by the State Contractors’ Board pursuant to chapter 624 of NRS; and\n5.
