Any regulatory body may share information in its possession relating to public health concerns with any other regulatory body and with the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department of Human Services or the Health Care Purchasing and Compliance Division of the Nevada Health Authority, if the confidentiality of the information is otherwise maintained in accordance with the terms and conditions required by law.\n2.
