{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-622a.090","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 622A.090","heading":"“Regulatory body” defined.","body":"1. “Regulatory body” means:\n(a) Any state agency, board or commission which has the authority to regulate an occupation or profession pursuant to this title; and\n(b) Any officer of a state agency, board or commission which has the authority to regulate an occupation or profession pursuant to this title.\n2.
