Except as otherwise provided in the Constitution of this State, a party may not seek any type of judicial intervention or review of a contested case until after the contested case results in a final decision of the regulatory body.\n2. Except as otherwise provided in this section, a party may seek judicial review of a final decision of the regulatory body in accordance with the provisions of chapter 233B of NRS that apply to a contested case.\n3.
