At each annual meeting of the Board, the members shall:\n(a) Elect a President and a Secretary; and\n(b) Appoint an Executive Director.\n2. The President and the Secretary of the Board serve without additional compensation.\n3. The Executive Director must not be a member of the Board and is entitled to a salary fixed by the Board.\n4.
