The record must include, without limitation, the name of the holder of the certificate of registration or the certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern, the address at which he or she resides and the number of the certificate of registration or certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern. The Board shall make the record available:\n1. For inspection by each holder of a certificate of registration or certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern in a manner prescribed by the Board; and\n2.
