{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-623a.351","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 623A.351","heading":"Immunity from civil action.","body":"In addition to any other immunity provided by the provisions of chapter 622A of NRS:\n1. Any person who, in good faith and without malicious intent, provides information concerning a holder of a certificate of registration or certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern or an applicant for a certificate of registration or certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern is immune from any civil action for providing that information.\n2. Any person who assists the Board in the investigation or prosecution of an alleged violation of a provision of this chapter, a proceeding concerning the issuance or renewal of a certificate of registration or certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern or a criminal prosecution is immune from any civil liability for:\n(a) Any decision or action taken in good faith and without malicious intent in response to information acquired by the Board; and\n(b) Disseminating information concerning a holder of a certificate of registration or certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern or an applicant for a certificate of registration or certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern to:\n(1) Any other licensing board;\n(2) A national association of registered boards;\n(3) An agency of this State or the Federal Government;\n(4) The Attorney General; or\n(5) Any law enforcement agency.","path":["TITLE 54 — PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS AND BUSINESSES","CHAPTER 623A - LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS","MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS"],"source_url":"https://www.leg.state.nv.us/NRS/NRS-623A.html#NRS623ASec351","current_through":"2025 session (NRS as revised 2026-08-25)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T05:51:44Z","sha256":"e60e79d675381b7cec505bb4cd4572bcd3d1b7079cb39bd1acb58f4559ef0787","source_id":"us-nv","stale":true,"prev":"us-nv/nrs-623a.350","next":"us-nv/nrs-623a.355"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
