In addition to any other penalty provided by law, a person who violates any provision of this chapter or any regulation adopted by the Board is subject to a civil penalty of not more than $5,000 for each violation. Any such penalty must be imposed by the Board at a hearing conducted pursuant to the provisions of chapter 622A of NRS.\n2.
