The Board shall hold examinations of applicants for licenses at least once each year in localities determined by the number of applications received.\n2. The examinations must be written and administered in English.\n3. The Board shall not prohibit an applicant for a license from taking a regularly scheduled examination for that license solely because the Board failed to review the applicant’s application before the examination.
