The Governor shall appoint to the Board:\n(a) Six members who are certified public accountants in the State of Nevada of whom:\n(1) One member must be employed by the government or by private industry; and\n(2) Five members must be engaged in the practice of public accounting.\n(b) One member who represents the public. This member must not be:\n(1) A certified public accountant or a public accountant; or\n(2) The spouse or the parent or child, by blood, marriage or adoption, of a certified public accountant or a public accountant.\n2.
