{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-628b.090","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 628B.090","heading":"“Private professional guardian company” defined.","body":"1. “Private professional guardian company” means a business entity, including, without limitation, a sole proprietorship, partnership, limited-liability company or corporation, that is licensed pursuant to the provisions of this chapter to engage in the business of a private professional guardian, whether appointed by a court or hired by a private party.\n2.
