{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-628b.500","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 628B.500","heading":"Scope of authority.","body":"Each private professional guardian company which is licensed pursuant to this chapter may, in the conduct of its business activities, within and outside this State, as applicable:\n1. Act under the order or appointment of any court as guardian.\n2. Accept and execute any activities and duties relating to the business of a private professional guardian as permitted by any law.\n3. Exercise the powers of a corporation, partnership or limited-liability company organized or qualified as a foreign corporation, partnership or limited-liability company under the laws of this State and any incidental powers that are reasonably necessary to enable it to exercise, in accordance with commonly accepted customs and usages, a power conferred by this chapter.\n4.
