{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-629.016","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 629.016","heading":"“Custodian of health care records” and “custodian” defined.","body":"1. “Custodian of health care records” or “custodian” means:\n(a) Any person having primary custody of health care records pursuant to this chapter; or\n(b) Any facility that maintains the health care records of patients.\n2.
