The term includes, but is not limited to:\n(a) The facility in Clark County known as Spring Mountain Youth Camp;\n(b) The facility in Douglas County known as China Spring Youth Camp; and\n(c) The facility in Lyon County known as Western Nevada Regional Youth Facility.\n3.
