The prosecuting attorney shall disclose to the victim of an act committed by a child the disposition of the child’s case regarding that act if:\n(a) The victim requests such a disclosure; or\n(b) If the victim is less than 18 years of age, the parent or guardian of the victim requests such a disclosure.\n2.
