{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-62e.030","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 62E.030","heading":"Court to provide certain information to school district concerning certain offenses.","body":"1. If a court determines that a child who is currently enrolled in school unlawfully caused or attempted to cause serious bodily injury to another person, the court shall provide the information specified in subsection 2 to the school district in which the child is currently enrolled.\n2. The information required to be provided pursuant to subsection 1 must include:\n(a) The name of the child;\n(b) A description of any injury sustained by the other person;\n(c) A description of any weapon used by the child; and\n(d) A description of any threats made by the child against the other person before, during or after the incident in which the child injured or attempted to injure the person.\n3. If a court determines that a child who is currently enrolled in school unlawfully engaged in discrimination based on race, bullying or cyber-bullying, the court shall provide the information specified in subsection 4 to the school district in which the child is currently enrolled.\n4. The information required to be provided pursuant to subsection 3 must include:\n(a) The name of the child;\n(b) The name of the person who was the subject of the discrimination based on race, bullying or cyber-bullying; and\n(c) A description of any discrimination based on race, bullying or cyber-bullying committed by the child against the other person.\n5.
