The juvenile court in each county may apply to the Department of Human Services to have the State of Nevada share the costs of supervising any delinquent child in a special supervision program.\n2. The application must:\n(a) Be in the form prescribed by the Department of Human Services;\n(b) Include a plan or plans for providing special supervision programs; and\n(c) Include assurances that such funds will not be used to replace local funds for existing programs for delinquent children.\n3.
