Not later than December 1 of each year, each department of juvenile services and the Youth Parole Bureau shall submit data and information relating to any proceeding to determine the competency of a child to the Division of Child and Family Services. The information must include, without limitation, for the immediately preceding 12 months:\n(a) The number of children evaluated for competency;\n(b) The number of children determined not competent to proceed and the nature of the cause for the lack of competency;\n(c) The demographic information for each child evaluated for competency; and\n(d) Any other data or information which is necessary, as determined by the Division of Child and Family Services.\n2.
