The superintendent of a facility:\n(a) May buy and sell hay, grain, produce, livestock, and other farm supplies and equipment; and\n(b) Shall deposit all money obtained from the sale of such items in the State Treasury for credit to the farm account of the facility.\n2. The farm account is a continuing account without reversion to the State General Fund.\n3. The superintendent of a facility shall expend the money in the farm account for supplies and equipment needed by the facility in accordance with the provisions of the State Budget Act.\n4.
