The policies and procedures must:\n1. Establish a sliding scale based on the severity of the violation to determine the appropriate response to the child;\n2. Require that a response to a child’s violation of the terms and conditions of his or her parole timely take into consideration:\n(a) The risk of the child to reoffend, as determined by the results of a risk and needs assessment;\n(b) The previous history of violations of the child;\n(c) The severity of the current violation of the child;\n(d) The child’s case plan; and\n(e) The previous responses by the child to past violations; and\n3.
