The Board shall not issue a license to practice medicine to an applicant who has been licensed to practice any type of medicine in another jurisdiction and whose license was revoked for gross medical negligence by that jurisdiction.\n2. The Board may revoke the license of any person licensed to practice medicine in this State if it determines that the person had a license to practice any type of medicine in another jurisdiction which was revoked for gross medical negligence by that jurisdiction.\n3.
