Be a natural person of good moral character;\n2. Submit a completed application as required by the Board;\n3. Submit any required fees;\n4. Have successfully completed a perfusion education program approved by the Board, which must:\n(a) Have been approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association before June 1, 1994; or\n(b) Be a program that has educational standards that are at least as stringent as those established by the Accreditation Committee-Perfusion Education and approved by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs, or its successor;\n5. Hold a current, valid certification issued by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion, or its successor organization; and\n6.
