Knowingly or willfully disclosing a communication privileged pursuant to a statute or court order.\n2. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 630.2672, knowingly or willfully failing to comply with:\n(a) A regulation, subpoena or order of the Board or a committee designated by the Board to investigate a complaint against a physician;\n(b) A court order relating to this chapter; or\n(c) A provision of this chapter.\n3.
