{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-630a.060","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 630A.060","heading":"“Malpractice” defined.","body":"“Malpractice” means failure on the part of a homeopathic physician, advanced practitioner of homeopathy or homeopathic assistant to exercise the degree of care, diligence and skill ordinarily exercised by homeopathic physicians, advanced practitioners of homeopathy or homeopathic assistants, respectively, in good standing in the community in which he or she practices.
