The legal requirements of the homeopathic medical examining board were, at the time of issuing the license or certificate, in no degree or particular less than those of this State at the time when the license or certificate was issued.\n2. The applicant is of good moral character and reputation.\n3. The applicant passes an oral examination, where required by the Board.\n4.
