In addition to any other remedy provided by law, the Board, through its President or Secretary-Treasurer or the Attorney General, may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction to:\n(a) Enjoin any prohibited act or other conduct of a homeopathic physician which is harmful to the public;\n(b) Enjoin any person who is not licensed under this chapter from practicing homeopathic medicine; or\n(c) Limit a homeopathic physician’s practice or suspend his or her license to practice homeopathic medicine.\n2.
