The Board through its President or Secretary-Treasurer or the Attorney General may maintain in any court of competent jurisdiction a suit for an injunction against any person or persons practicing homeopathic medicine without a license or practicing as an advanced practitioner of homeopathy or as a homeopathic assistant without the appropriate certificate.\n2.
