{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-632.0163","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 632.0163","heading":"“Medical assistant” defined.","body":"1. “Medical assistant” means a person who:\n(a) Performs clinical tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse, including, without limitation, an advanced practice registered nurse; and\n(b) Does not hold a license, certificate or registration issued by a professional licensing or regulatory board in this State to perform such clinical tasks.\n2.
