The Advisory Committee on Nursing Assistants and Medication Aides, consisting of 11 members appointed by the Board, is hereby created.\n2. The Board shall appoint to the Advisory Committee:\n(a) One representative of facilities for long-term care;\n(b) One representative of medical facilities which provide acute care;\n(c) One representative of agencies to provide nursing in the home;\n(d) One representative of the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department of Human Services;\n(e) One representative of the Medicaid Division of the Nevada Health Authority;\n(f) One representative of the Aging and Disability Services Division of the Department of Human Services;\n(g) One representative of the American Association of Retired Persons or a similar organization;\n(h) A nursing assistant;\n(i) A registered nurse;\n(j) A licensed practical nurse; and\n(k) A medication aide - certified.\n3.
