Upon application and payment of the required fee, the Board may without examination grant a:\n(a) Temporary license to practice professional nursing or practical nursing; or\n(b) Temporary certificate to practice as a nursing assistant,\nÊ to a person whose corresponding license or certificate from another jurisdiction is in good standing.\n2.
