Any person:\n(a) Whose practice of osteopathic medicine or practice as a physician assistant or anesthesiologist assistant has been limited; or\n(b) Whose license to practice osteopathic medicine or to practice as a physician assistant or anesthesiologist assistant has been:\n(1) Suspended until further order; or\n(2) Revoked,\nÊ may apply to the Board after a reasonable period for removal of the limitation or suspension or may apply to the Board pursuant to the provisions of chapter 622A of NRS for reinstatement of the revoked license.\n2.
