Any person:\n(a) Whose practice of chiropractic has been limited; or\n(b) Whose license to practice chiropractic or registration to operate a business entity offering chiropractic services has been suspended until further order,\nÊ by an order of the Board may apply to the Board after a reasonable period for removal of the limitation or restoration of his or her license or registration.\n2.
