Employ attorneys, investigators and other professional consultants and clerical personnel necessary to discharge its duties. To conduct its examinations, the Board may call to its aid persons of established reputation and known ability in Oriental medicine.\n2. Maintain offices in as many localities in the State as it finds necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.\n3. Adopt regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter. The regulations may include a code of ethics regulating the professional conduct of licensees.\n4.
