The Governor shall appoint:\n(a) Four members who are licensed to practice optometry in the State of Nevada and are actually engaged in the practice of optometry.\n(b) One member who is a representative of the general public. This member must not be:\n(1) Licensed to practice optometry; or\n(2) The spouse or the parent or child, by blood, marriage or adoption, of a person licensed to practice optometry.\n2.
