Is at least 21 years of age;\n2. Has graduated from a school of optometry accredited or approved by the Board pursuant to NRS 636.135;\n3. Has passed each part of the comprehensive national optometry examination administered by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry or its successor;\n4. Has passed each examination identified, administered or approved by the Nevada State Board of Optometry pursuant to NRS 636.150; and\n5.
