{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-637b.160","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 637B.160","heading":"Qualifications of applicants.","body":"Except as otherwise provided in NRS 637B.195, 637B.200, 637B.201 and 637B.203, to be eligible for licensing by the Board, an applicant for a license to engage in the practice of audiology, speech-language pathology or fitting and dispensing hearing aids must:\n1. Be a natural person of good moral character;\n2. Pass an examination prescribed by the Board pursuant to NRS 637B.191 or 637B.194, as applicable;\n3. Pay the fees provided for in this chapter; and\n4.
