The Board through its Chair or Vice Chair may maintain in any court of competent jurisdiction a suit for an injunction against any person engaging in the practice of audiology, speech-language pathology or fitting and dispensing hearing aids without a license valid under this chapter in violation of NRS 637B.290.\n2.
