Service of process made pursuant to and all notices of hearings required by this chapter must be personally served upon the veterinarian, veterinary technician or applicant for a license, at his or her last known address, as indicated on the records of the Board. If personal service cannot be made, the Board may use any other method of service set forth in the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure for the service of process in a civil action.\n2.
