The Board shall examine every applicant for a license as a euthanasia technician in order to determine his or her qualifications, and may issue or deny a license on the basis of the examination. All examinees must be tested by a written examination which may be supplemented by oral interviews and practical demonstrations as the Board considers necessary.\n2.
