Any person who desires to secure a license as a veterinary technician must make written application to the Executive Director of the Board.\n2. The application must be accompanied by satisfactory proof that the applicant:\n(a) Is of good moral character.\n(b) Has received a diploma conferring the degree of veterinary technician or its equivalent after having completed a college level course at a school approved by the Board.\n(c) Has furnished any other information required by the Board.\n3.
