Except as otherwise provided in NRS 41.500, a person licensed pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall not provide medical assistance, treatment or counsel to a human being. Such conduct is a ground for disciplinary action.\n2. The Board shall immediately suspend the license of a person who violates the provisions of this section.\n3. Any person who violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a category D felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.\n4. The Board may report an alleged violation of this section to the Attorney General or any district attorney.
