Except as otherwise provided in subsections 2 and 3 of this section and NRS 638.1525, a person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor.\n2. A person who practices veterinary medicine without a license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a category D felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.\n3.
