{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-639.00865","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 639.00865","heading":"“Internet pharmacy” defined.","body":"1. “Internet pharmacy” means a person located within or outside this State who knowingly:\n(a) Uses or attempts to use the Internet, in whole or in part, to communicate with or obtain information from another person; and\n(b) Uses or attempts to use such communication or information, in whole or in part, to fill or refill a prescription or otherwise engage in the practice of pharmacy.\n2.
