{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-640b.090","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 640B.090","heading":"“Practice of athletic training” defined.","body":"1. “Practice of athletic training” means:\n(a) The prevention, recognition, assessment, management, treatment, disposition or reconditioning of the athletic injury of an athlete:\n(1) Whose condition is within the professional preparation and education of the licensed athletic trainer; and\n(2) That is performed under the direction of a physician;\n(b) The organization and administration of programs of athletic training;\n(c) The administration of an athletic training room;\n(d) The provision of information relating to athletic training to members of the public;\n(e) The performance of dry needling under the direction of a physician, if an athletic trainer is qualified to do so pursuant to the regulations adopted in accordance with subsection 5 of NRS 640B.260; or\n(f) Any combination of the activities described in paragraphs (a) to (e), inclusive.\n2.
