The Board shall prepare and maintain a separate list of:\n(a) The licensees.\n(b) The applicants for a license.\n(c) The licensees whose licenses have been revoked or suspended within the preceding year.\n2. The Board shall, upon request, disclose the information included in each list and may charge a fee for a copy of a list.\n3.
