The practice of massage therapy, reflexology and structural integration by persons who do not possess sufficient knowledge of anatomy and physiology or an understanding of the relationship between the structure and function of the tissues being treated and the total function of the body may endanger the health, welfare and safety of the residents of this State.\n2.
