Adopt a seal of which each court in this State shall take judicial notice;\n2. Prepare and maintain a record of its proceedings and transactions;\n3. Review and evaluate applications for the licensing of massage therapists, reflexologists or structural integration practitioners;\n4. Determine the qualifications and fitness of applicants;\n5. Issue, renew, reinstate, revoke, suspend and deny licenses, as appropriate;\n6. Enforce the provisions of this chapter and any regulations adopted pursuant thereto;\n7. Investigate any complaints filed with the Board;\n8. Impose any penalties it determines are required to administer the provisions of this chapter; and\n9.
