The Board shall prepare and maintain a separate list of:\n(a) Persons issued a license;\n(b) Applicants for a license; and\n(c) Persons whose licenses have been revoked or suspended by the Board.\n2. The Board shall, upon request, disclose the information included in each list and may charge a fee for a copy of the list.
