The fees for the following items must not exceed the following amounts:\nAn examination established by the Board pursuant to this chapter............. $600\nAn application for a license.................................................................................. 300\nAn application for a license without an examination....................................... 300\nA background check of an applicant................................................................... 600\nThe issuance of a license....................................................................................... 400\nThe renewal of a license........................................................................................ 350\nThe restoration of an expired license.................................................................. 500\nThe reinstatement of a suspended or revoked license...................................... 500\nThe issuance of a replacement license.................................................................. 75\nThe restoration of an inactive license................................................................. 300\nThe issuance of a certification of a massage, reflexology and structural integration establishment as defined in NRS 640C.330.............................................................................................................. 50\nThe renewal of a certification of a massage, reflexology and structural integration establishment as defined in NRS 640C.330.............................................................................................................. 50\n2. If an applicant submits an application for a license by endorsement pursuant to NRS 640C.426, the Board shall collect not more than one-half of the fee specified in subsection 1 for the initial issuance of the license.\n3. Subject to the limits provided by subsection 1, the Board:\n(a) May adopt regulations that establish different fees for different types of licenses; and\n(b) In establishing the different fees for different types of licenses, shall consider the income and opportunities for employment available to the holders of the different types of licenses.\n4.
