The Board shall adopt regulations establishing reasonable fees for:\n(a) The issuance of a license;\n(b) The issuance of a provisional license;\n(c) The issuance of a temporary license;\n(d) The renewal of a license;\n(e) The reinstatement of a license which has been suspended or revoked; and\n(f) Changing the name on a license.\n2.
